A nice place to call home
February 24, 2024We love our town home. We have been tennets for just over a year. The property is nice and the property manager, Roger, is fantastic. He really cares and is quick to respond with any issues (which we personally have had very few). Every unit has an attached garage, Roger is constantly updating the units, and the neighborhood is nice and dog friendly! Other reviews mention the property owners are not as great, but we honestly rarely have to deal with them, so thus far it hasn't been an issue. The ...one time I did connect with them via email it was quick and polite.Property Manager Responded

Unit manager is great. Katz Properties is a joke
February 6, 2024I am very happy with our on-site property manager Roger. He is responsive and will always take care of any issues. However, the owner of the properties Katz is a joke. He cares more about increasing your rent every year but doesn’t update the properties nor cares about his tenants. I would think twice about renting with them if you want a property owner that cares.Property Manager Responded

Three year resident
April 30, 2023I've been through four maintenance mangers in three years, and while that doesn't sound like a positive point, I want to note that the unresponsive managers were removed and the company kept pursuing the matter until they got the RIGHT candidate. Our current manager, Roger, (like our first manager) is very responsive, asks good questions, and communicates with us until the job is done. We are really pleased. March 9, 2023There are definite good and bad things with this property. The places are good size and private entrances and attached garages. The maintenance and property manager Roger is fantastic. Exactly what I was looking for
March 8, 2023I've just renewed my lease. The place is spacious and comfortable. The on-site manager Roger is very friendly. Whenever I've requested any maintenance he's been there fast. One time within 20 minutes. When I first moved here from California he texted and called a couple times just to check in to see how the drive was going. You see all those 5 star reviews on this, and other, sites? They are from employees and people who live here and receive a substantial rent credit for "working" on-site. RUN!
