I love these apartments that have a nice cozy cabin feel to it as well as the built in gym with the gym being clean every time one goes into it. The place is very clean and organized. Only request from Prairie Pines would be that they added different equipment to the gyms like for example a bench pressing station please! (alot of the stuff is getting pretty boring )

I’ve been here for quite some time, and I’ve definetly rode out some hard times here. It’s been awesome to see the positive changes that Daphne and Seison have made. We will be renewing for sure! The grounds are beautiful and there’s a awesome play area for the kiddos. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to feel at home.

So i came to Prairie Pines to see if it was a good place and i love it. Mooving here was the best thing i did. I Love the place, the peoples that work here are very polite and nice, they have good deals,the apartment its very beautiful and confortable, i dont have problems with loud neighbors or any other thing. I really like the staff at Prairie Pines. The leasing process was very quick and efficient. They respond to all my requests quickly and the complex has great amenities. I can hear just about everything that happens in the halls but no noise comes from the apartments to the sides or below mine.

3 weeks in our apartment and we love it and the community. Before deciding on renting here we checked for: Location- Prairie Pines is the nearest to the high school where our son will be fresh man this coming school year. The school is just behind the community and 10 minutes slow walk from our apartment. Rent rate – the rent rate was the lowest in this community Quality of apartment – new carpets, new paint all fittings of high quality for example the shower heads are not the cheap plastic but ...
high quality metal, the handles, lighting and appliances of high quality and if you had to buy it its all of the high end. Community appearance, services and facilities- at all times when we checked the community we could easily spotted staff cleaning and maintaining landscape. The gym has many work-out machines and strong AC. The public area has picnic tables and BBQ ready for use. There’s the little friendly dog park and every apartment comes with a parking garage. The community staff is very knowledgeable and answers with a lot of patients any question we had and attend any request. We love it here and feel indeed this is the best community in Williston.
