My ice machine was pouring water into the ice bucket and all of the ice was freezing together in one very clump. February 19, 2026Great Service! I had major surgery in January and was out of my apartment for a couple of weeks. We had a major snowstorm during this time. I notified the office and they made sure to drip my water during the storm while I was away. I really appreciate all the help they give me. February 11, 2026Maintenance Crew Prairie Springs has an excellent maintenance staff and they are always helping keep us safe. I reported a burned out light in the outdoor hallway on Sunday and it was taken care of Monday morning. This outside hall area is in total darkness without a working light and it’s extremely important for safety. February 6, 2026Lease Renewal was fine. After we finished the renewal the man asked if I had any questions. My friend mentioned the fact that my toilet was very low. It was difficult to get up from it. He made a note of it and in a few days I had a new toilet. I really like it. There is one problem. He left a wide white strip of glue or something around the toilet. It is ugly! Please send someone to clean it up. Also I told him that someone moved out and left a grill on the lawn in front of my ...apartment. Someone moved from the lawn and It has been sitting by my door for over a year. He said he would have someone move it. It is still there!! Please have someone remove it.Property Manager Responded
