Love this community! We moved in about 2 weeks ago and have really enjoyed it here. The pools are absolutely lovely. The grounds are kept up. The dog park has little to no dog poop laying around, and overall, it seems like a friendly, quiet community. We absolutely love our layout and apartment. We are on the third floor and ended up really enjoying that. I’d say, overall, we love it here. The only thing we would change was the gates never being closed. We live right at the front of the complex, ...
and I would feel much safer if the gates actually closed. Part of the reason we chose this apartment was for the gated community, so we were disappointed when we realized they don’t shut them.

Ice Maker Issue I always appreciate how thoughtful our maintenance staff is at Prairie Springs. My ice machine was pouring water into the ice bucket and all of the ice was freezing together in one very clump. They took care of the issue quickly and everything is working great!!

I want to give you a 5, but I do have a complaint. A few weeks ago I got a new toilet which I really like. However, after the man left I discovered that he left a wide white ring of something around the toilet. It really looks tacky. Please send someone to correct this mess.

Great Service! I had major surgery in January and was out of my apartment for a couple of weeks. We had a major snowstorm during this time. I notified the office and they made sure to drip my water during the storm while I was away. I really appreciate all the help they give me. Our office and maintenance staff are awesome.
