Not good!!!!
July 19, 2021The heating is unreasonable. For most of the winter it was freezing in our apartment. We used our heat and our bill was upwards of $300...apartments look very nice but are very cheaply made!! Had issues with heat and water, almost consistently needing maintenance to come and mess with stuff!! Listen to the reviews and do yourself a favor and skip out! We had a really negative move our experience as well! Overall WOULD NOT recommend! Because of this, i opted not to go with any property managed ...by Lexington moving forward. It’s unfortunate, because i previously rented through Lexington in Green Bay and had a very different, pleasant, experience! I’m not sure if my negative experiences are specific to this property or what! Wouldn’t recommend!!Property Manager Responded

April 27, 2020For the price you pay for the apartment, you would think it would be a quality build, but it’s not. Wall units for each room is more expensive then paying for utilities for a regular house. Expect $200 electric bills for winter and hot summer months because of the multiple wall units and the set temperatures they require. Location wise it was nice and that was about it. I wouldn’t rent from them again, you’re better off signing for a house.Property Manager Responded
