December 26, 2025I've lived her for 10 years this week and have seen a LOT of changes: ownership, onsite property staff, building colors, and neighbors. The one constant is the great layout, which includes a huge walk-in closet and a dedicated private garage. We also love being on the end of the building to get all the windows and natural light! I can watch Addison KaboomTown from my balcony! The one-star deduction is due to the current ownership's need to add all sorts of random mandatory "amenities" with ...associated monthly fees without surveying the residents for our desire to adopt or opt out. August 11, 2025There was a lot of maintenance work that needed to be done. And our AC ran all the time, making our electric bill huge because it was an older AC unit. I also wish the gym was slightly bigger with more machines. It feels crammed even with two people.But Robert, the maintenance guy, did everything he could do to make our process better.
