It was a hassle 95% of the time to get a maintenance worker to come fix what I complained about. Sometimes, they would never show up. I reported a leak once and no one showed up, a week later, my downstairs neighbor’s ceiling caved in due to that leak. The price is decent for the space and the area, which isn’t the best area to live in. NO TOO FAR FROM ENTERTAINMENT SUCH AS WASHINGTON STREET WHERE THERE IS RESTAURANTS, CLUBS/BARS AND FASHION STORES. RIGHT NOW I STAY IN A 1 BEDROOM PRETTY SPACIOUS WITH WOOD FLOORING. THE AREA IS WELL MAINTAINED AND THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS AROUND TO HELP. IT DOES HAVE A TENNIS, BASKETBALL AND SWIMMING POOL WITH LOUNGING CHAIRS. I WOULD LIKE TO DECORATE MY APARTMENT BUT I'M ONLY ABLE TO DO ONE STEP AT ...A TIME DUE TO HAVING PAY RENT WITH A PART TIME JOB.
