I’ve lived here for 5 years. I had an issue with my A/C in 90 degree weather. Allen came right over. There was an issue that needed a part. Unfortunately it did not come in until the next day. Allen went above and beyond. He brought over a portable a/c unit to keep us comfortable. He is always there to give us great service along with Ricky.
