The community is well-maintained, the location feels safe, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Jordan & Amy go above and beyond for the residents. Amazing Place to call Home!
January 30, 2025I have lived at the Preserve now for 4 years and it has been an amazing place to live! The amenities are great, the pond is beautiful to walk around and fish on. I will miss it here!
March 31, 2023I can remember the first time I came across this property, it looked so nice online. When my mentor and I came to visit last year, we toured with Amy. Her awesome personality sold me on living here. She was so welcoming, and the property was so nice and well kept. I have truly loved living here. It has been safe and quiet. Amazing location and beautiful layout. In the fall I had to leave for an extended training and words cannot describe how smooth they made the process for me. Jordan was so ...helpful during that time, and I am grateful for the assistance. I cannot express just how much I will miss living here. I will be relocating to another state for work but if I wasn't, I would definitely be renewing my lease. Thank you, Amy and Jordan for being exceptional human beings. Poor Communication
February 20, 2021Drove an hour and a half to come view a one bedroom, ended up standing around waiting to get in the leasing office because no one would answer the phone. Then find out we were double booked with someone else. Also found out they booked all the one bedrooms but no one contacted me.Property Manager Responded

It doesn't get any better than this
November 11, 2020I've lived here for 18 months and am devastated that I'm relocating to another state. The management staff is so helpful. Maintenance is on top of anything you need. Air filters are changed multiple times a year. CLEAN is an understatement. This property is really an oasis.Property Manager Responded
