Don’t Rent Here
May 7, 2023For starters, I had maintenance come into my apartment several times without notifying me. They didn’t knock or acknowledge that they were there, they just came right in. I also had an emergency maintenance issue that they considered “non emergent” when it clearly was. Then it took them 2 weeks to take care of it fully. I asked for a front screen door for the 2 years I was there and never got one. They raised my rent and never notified me. I called and they said that they sent it but the “letter ...was misfiled and couldn’t find it in my file” but they definitely never sent one. The list goes on and on and on. They never respond back when you need something and I promise you will 100% be disappointed. You couldn’t pay me enough money to ever live here ever again.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A beautiful place to live!
April 9, 2019I've lived here at Presidential Apartments for more than 2 years and I love it here! The property is meticulously maintained and ANY time there is an issue (a rarity for sure), they are very fast to respond. The pool and other amenities make this a wonderful place to call home. Loved living at Presidential
May 23, 2017I lived at Presidential for nearly two years in a one bedroom. I loved the apartment, neighborhood, and management team. I moved to a larger place but do miss living there. Anytime I needed something the maintenance crew was right there, and the property manager was always kind and accommodating. Truly enjoyed living there and I miss my brick wall!! Moving in was so easy and the place was very clean and well kept. You can tell their management and staff really take care of the property. Their staff is so helpful and accommodating. January 27, 2017I'm writing on behalf of Prresidential Suites. After searching for many months I decided to make an appointment to see what they had to offer. I asked to see to see a 2 bedroom and as soon as I walked in I knew I wanted this to be my home. My apartment is not only spacious but also very quiet. Nice neighborhood!
August 23, 2013This place is wonderful and rarely has openings. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. I have a friend that lives here and I'm on the wait list.
