Don’t fall for it

Moved here late last year. My unit was beautiful. Didn’t realize that the renovations just cover up the existing problem. I’ve had a huge problem with mice starting the 4 month. There is also a huge problem with the plumbing. My bathroom sink has junk coming up from it whenever it feels like it. This is very disturbing and disgusting. I hate it here. Building has significantly declined. They used to have a cleaning company clean the outside, staircase, etc every week. Now that is nonexistent.

We recently changed Pest control companies as we try and rectify neglect from previous owners and management. It definitely takes a community to keep where you live clean and pest free.
