OTHER RESIDENTS NOT HAPPY, WATER IS TURNED OFF W/O NOTICE, TODAY THEY CHANGED GATE CODE, SENT A EMAIL 12:30PM, EVERYONE STILL AT WORK, 2 LAZY TO GIVE 24 HR DOOR NOTICE, SO PEOPLE GOT HOME AND COULDN'T GET IN THE GATE. U ARE REQUIRED 2 HAVE RENTERS INS, THEY PUT DOOR NOTICES 2 PROVIDE UPDATED INFO YESTERDAY AFTER 5PM, 2 A LOT OF US, THEN THEY BLOCKED RENT PAYMENTS, NO NOTICE. located near 635 and 75. close to Addison's restaurant row. good interior space, and storage. no stable onsite management seems once you get to know their names they are transferred, lived here a year and seen 3 managers. maintenance team is friendly and responds quickly. hope you like time warner cable. it is quiet and you hardly hear your neighbors

I have lived here for about 8 months now and have no complaints about the apartment itself. My neighbors play their music way too loud and I've had to complain a few times, which hasn't done much good. The previous manager, Amanda, was great to work with, even though she wasn't able to get my neighbors to not play their music 24 hours of the day. The new manager, Lisa, has been here for about a week so there isn't much I can say about her yet. I met her once and she did seem nice but again, she ...
hasn't been here long enough for me to form a true opinion of her. I'm hoping she'll be able to assist a bit more with the music than Amanda was able to. The location of the apartment is awesome, as we are about 5 minutes away or less from Addison and about 2 minutes away from The Galleria. We're close to 635 and the tollway, Starbucks, Subway, 7-11 and about 3 minutes away from Tom Thumb. The only real complaint- getting onto Preston or onto Preston View Blvd can be a hassle, but I've learned to deal with. You'll need a bit of patience there. The apartment is at the end of the street so its pretty quiet. All in all, I've been very happy here.
