December 19, 2024I’ve been going to the office so management can fix my sink with mold and also in the windows she told me she’s not going to replace the sink and treated me if I don’t leave she’s going to call the cops for me this apartment complex is the worse many tenants complain about cockroaches and I have a lot in my apartment and you can’t sleep because of noise I wonder so many people is leaving this complex. I ask them for corporate number they did not give it to me. I don’t feel safe in this ...apartment, I want to move out they said they gonna charge me and it’s gonna affect me renting other apartment. German cockroach infestation
August 28, 2024My apartment has been infested with German cockroaches for the past three months from another unit. No consideration or compassion from the hazardous living conditions due to the infestation that my cat and I have endured. Wake up to the cat bowl being infested with cockroaches crawling around everywhere in her bowl. Having to clean her bowls day she night. The infestation is everywhere in my apartment! That’s why I’m moving! I’d highly suggest think twice before moving here.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2024I really enjoy living at Preston Pointe. The office staff is nice, and always have fun events. The maintenance staff work hard to complete repair requests. The amenities are great and the neighborhood is friendly. It would be nice if they would label the apartment numbers lower on the buildings, and put ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. But overall I would definitely recommend Preston Pointe as a wonderful place to live.Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2024People have mattresses on their balconies. The pool is not clean on a regular basis. The chairs around the pool are covered in mold. The grills are so dirty they cause grease fires. There are people smoking in their apartments and out on their balconies that cause my apartment to smell like cigarettes. As well as when you renew your lease you pay more than a new renter.
