Vehicle broken into and Animal urine never cleaned up
February 10, 2026Me and my gf picked this place because we thought it was secure key fob entrance for door and garage also security on sight overnight. But 1 month in the parking garage is no longer secured after multiple accidents of people running into the door it is left open less than 1 AND A HALF MONTHS LATER my vehicle along with another person's vehicle are both broken into office staff not much help and brushed it aside. On mutiple occasions I've seen non-residences parking and loitering around in the ...garage. I notice security does not stay all night only for an hour tops most nights Paying $80 dollars for garage parking might as well park outside it would save me money hopefully a window. Under New Management!
November 1, 2024When I first moved in, there were some issues that left me questioning if I’d renew .The mail room was a constant source of frustration. Always piled up, the staff didn’t seem to acknowledge residents’ struggles. The small dog park was seldom cleaned to a proficient standard. There were frequent noise complaints due to pool parties with little done to address them. Common areas were left open where heating and air conditioning freely flowed out—a cost that ultimately hit residents’ pockets. When ...things like the garage door broke or trash valet service missed their rounds, residents would be the last to know, with delayed updates or none. But with new management stepping in under “Preston at Biltmore,” I’ve seen a turnaround. I held off writing this review initially, wondering if this was just a “honeymoon phase”. But months later, their commitment hasn’t wavered, which speaks volumes about their consistency. The team’s welcoming approach has set the tone from day one, largely thanks to Carmen, the property manager, who ensures every resident feels valued and that every concern receives attention. Her leadership keeps the team aligned, and this sense of accountability shows in all interactions. The mail room, previously chaotic, is now efficiently organized, with Carmen (yes, another Carmen!) often going out of her way to assist residents personally. Trevor adds a personal touch with his detailed knowledge of the property and genuine interest in residents’ needs, making inquiries about available units or amenities easy and pleasant. Tyler, too, brings positive energy, proactively addressing concerns, from timely trash valet pickups to seamless communication on any building updates. Together, this team has created a welcoming environment, actively engaging with residents more than just “behind the desk” and visibly improving the community experience. The groundskeepers also deserve recognition for maintaining the property’s appearance. Their efforts adds to the well-kept atmosphere that the new management has worked hard to build. The beautification additions that are going on in and outside of the complex with more in store are a nice touch. I was considering moving since my lease ends mid-November but the positive changes under this new management made my decision easy. I’m definitely renewing. If you’re considering moving here, I’d suggest coming in soon; it feels like every time I check on available units, they’re filling up quickly.Property Manager Responded

Terrible construction and upkeep
May 9, 2023DO NOT LIVE HERE! This property was built poorly, and the management will not fix or keep up the property. Requests for maintenance are ignored or delayed for months. Plumbing is a major issue, and residents have had water heaters leak, flooding, and piping issues. Flooded apartments are common, and there's mold. The rest of the complex is poorly maintained, with dog poop and dirty walkways everywhere. Trash piles up for months, and cars get broken into. Dirty, Broken Down, Dangerous
February 13, 2023I have lived here for several months, and regret every moment. The complex is poorly managed with little response or remedies for issues. Contacting them is nearly impossible and they will either ignore you, or seriously delay responses. Dog odors/stains and trash are everywhere and the amenities are constantly broken/closed/empty. They will charge you for every little service and convenience, and then not provide them consistently. There are far better managed properties in the area. The ...location is not worth the hassle. This is not a luxury or even a mid-grade complex to command such high prices.Property Manager Responded
