LOTS of problems due to aging building and apartments
June 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comHonestly, I am pretty bummed to have to leave this review because I loved the staff and community, but the apartment quality needs to be outlined for other prospective tenants. I moved in to my unit in November 2023 (Currently June 1, 2026), and have had issues since the beginning including ~5 floods and 6 different instances where my AC unit went out. Starting 3.22.2024, my AC unit went out. No issue at first, but when the AC goes out 5 more times after that then it becomes an issue. After ...repeated requests and the issue not resolving, I was able to FINALLY obtain a new AC unit 9.8.2025. My unit has flooded 5 times since moving in - the property has given me $0 in assistance for this despite every flood being related to the aging property. (My water heater broke, my neighbors water heater broke, my neighbor's pipe broke, etc.) Additionally, I had two instances where water was seeping into my unit underneath the baseboards. It took multiple work orders to get this fixed and then another work order to fix the water damage. Recently my undermounted sink fell out from underneath my countertop in my kitchen. Upon inspecting underneath it appeared that there was a lot of black mold that caused the wood supporting the sink to rot away completely. They fixed the sink but didn't seal it properly, when I questioned about it I was told it was no issue. My sink has leaked ever since then. I had an issue with water damage in other parts of my unit and what appeared to be mold growing on the windows but when the vendors came to fix it all it looks like it was just painted over. Also, they painted my windows shut.... Now most recently my dishwasher is broken. I submitted a work order to get it fixed and it was fixed promptly, then broke again. Maintenance then told me that one of the reasons is because I am using dawn dish soap on my dishes when I wash the food off of them. My dishwasher was broken where it just kept filling. Lastly I would comment on the very frequent unit inspections. Each quarter it seems like we have 2-3 inspections that have to occur that can be real inconvenient. The property manager has been helpful through this but the overall situation is an absolute nightmare.Read More

Since Univesco took over management I have had two cars towed - one was a guest parked in a guest spot, the other was mine after I registered it IN PERSON at the office. I requested reimbursement and was denied. They send people into your apartment looking for things to charge you for, and if you can’t pay for it in full up front, they tack on late fees. Unless you are made of money, find another place to live.Property Manager Responded

February 11, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is terrible. Since we have been here we have had roaches, ants, and a flood from water from another apartment. Good luck if you need a repair because it will take weeks for them to come out and fix. They will tow even if your guests are parked in a guest spot, the gates into the property are always broken so anyone can come in. They did get a new manager which is a lot better than the previous manager but still some of the old staff is still here which are terrible. Maintenance told me they can't fix the following: poor air conditioning system, frig freezes items that stay at the back of the shelves, some of the burners on the stove, oven burns food, roots of tree don't allow grass to grow in yard I pay extra for.
