June 14, 2019I am a multi-year resident of this community and I am dying to get out. Since Univesco took over management I have had two cars towed - one was a guest parked in a guest spot, the other was mine after I registered it IN PERSON at the office. I requested reimbursement and was denied. They send people into your apartment looking for things to charge you for, and if you can’t pay for it in full up front, they tack on late fees. Unless you are made of money, find another place to live.Property Manager Responded

February 11, 2019This place is terrible. Since we have been here we have had roaches, ants, and a flood from water from another apartment. Good luck if you need a repair because it will take weeks for them to come out and fix. They will tow even if your guests are parked in a guest spot, the gates into the property are always broken so anyone can come in. They did get a new manager which is a lot better than the previous manager but still some of the old staff is still here which are terrible. Do not waste your ...time at this place they are plenty of better apartment complexes near by.Property Manager Responded
