I highly recommend moving into Prestonwoood trails! The move-in process was super easy Leasing office staff are great! The apartments are really beautiful and they have many upgraded apartments available.
The complex is uniquely located in a quiet residential area between houses so there is low traffic and a really peaceful environment.
Couldn’t be more happy with my decision!

Been here 7 years, new management great, theyre prompt with maintenance, looks good inside and out. Got an issue they resolve it. Fair pricing . Love my tall ceiling, fireplace, fans, 5g fiber, wood/carpet floors. Updates are great?

If you don't have options, don't mind paying for more than what you'll recieve and are okay with your neighbor's smoke filling your apartment, go for it. Prepare for maintenance to come repeatedly for the same issues.

I’ve lived here for five years after relocating from Michigan. I must say that maintenance, mainly Ivan, has been great about small repairs that I needed and usually got it done the same day I reported the issue. When I moved here, Chip and Angela were here and they were very nice and helpful. Now we have Bertha and a new person, Adrian, that I haven’t met yet but we’ve emailed. I love living at Prestonwood trails, basically because it is quiet and peaceful. I will be renewing my lease in a few days. I have never had any problems or issues with my apartment.
Management and maintenance team are good concerning people.
After getting off work late a while back, I realized that I lost my apartment keys maintenance was there to open my door for me within minutes.
Prestonwood Trails is a wonderful place to live!!

There are a lot of amenities listed on this site as well as the apartments own website that in reality, that they do not have. When asked about it, all I got were excuses. I will say that the staff is very friendly, and they do address maintenance issues quickly.(and when I say address, I don't mean they actually get the issue resolved quickly, they just send maintenance to look at the problem. I'm paying for a "fully upgraded unit that has appliances that do not even match and they are the ...
cheapest, most basic model that is available. Not at all up upgraded, plus, there are basic amenities that are normally in every apartment that they skipped as well. I is a super quiet, peaceful and seems safe so far and it has good spacious rooms. Just very poor quality, and you can tell that there was no genuine thought put into people who would have to actually live in and use the apartment. I'm not looking to stay long. It's been very disappointing.

Lived here for a year and it has been a complete pleasure! Gonna stay another year too. Just signed my lease. Great distance from 635/75 and an even better distance for the Tollway! Everyone is super respectful and great and the Landlord and staff is just fantastic! Maintenance is unbelievably on point and takes care of any and all issues promptly! Love it here.
