May 19, 2025I visited my partner a lot before we took the big step of moving in together, and I had a great experience! The only thing I'd add is the ceilings are thin, like we can hear the guy above us but not the people beside us! But that's just how appartments work!Review from Apartments.com

May 16, 2025Place was clean and close to campus. However I wish there was a way to communicate with downstairs and upstairs neighbors about noise first before calling the cops as many people have had cops at their door at late times at night due to “stomping” which was really just walking that sounds louder downstairs. Also parking garage next had a working gate so there were times I couldn’t find parking and had to park far away even though I pay the $30/ month fee to park there while many are allowing ...their friends and family to park for free.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 18, 2025Prime place was a very nice apartment complex! Had no problems with maintenance and no complaints about our apartment! The one criticism I would have is that there are added fees on top of the advertised rent and we had utility overages every month no matter how much we cut back. Even if we turned the ac off, kept certain lights off all the time or washed fewer dishes it didn’t matter we always had an overage.Review from Apartments.com
