I’ve had a really good experience living at Princeton Grove. It’s a nice, peaceful community and overall a good place to live. I especially want to mention Rosa, the Leasing Agent, because she has always been very kind and professional with me. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help with something, she takes the time to explain everything clearly and is always willing to help. She is responsible, attentive, and you can tell that she truly cares about doing a good job. I’ve also had a very ...

good impression of the new Property Manager. She is friendly, professional, and so far it’s clear that she is doing a good job and cares about keeping the community in good condition. Overall, I’m happy with Princeton Grove and with the service we receive from the office. To me, having a good staff that listens and treats residents well makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend this community.

I had such a great experience touring Princeton Groves! Rosa gave me the tour, and she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional, and very informative. She took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions, and I left feeling like I had a clear understanding of what I would be getting into as a future resident. I also loved the modern pool area and the updated equipment throughout the community. Everything felt clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. During my tour, ...

I also had the opportunity to meet Jazmin, the new Community Manager, and she was so kind and welcoming. She seems very dedicated to her residents and genuinely passionate about creating a great experience for everyone in the community. Overall, I was very impressed with Princeton Groves and the team. Rosa made the tour such a great experience, and meeting Jazmin gave me even more confidence in the community. I would definitely recommend Princeton Groves to anyone looking for an apartment in the Homestead area!

STAY AWAY!!!!

Before we moved in they promised the cleaning person would have everything ready for us. When we moved in, the apartment was filthy, we had no doors in the bedrooms, sinks were clogged. They promised us a $500 gift card for all the inconveniences they had caused. They never gave us this gift card! We told them A MONTH in advance when we were moving out. They refuse to return our security deposit saying that we never told them we were moving out. WE PERSONALLY TALKED TO THE FRONT OFFICE THAT WE ...

WERE MOVING OUT. They have blocked our numbers and never replied to any emails after we moved out!!!! Also, living there is horrible. Kids are loud and disrespectful, they will kick your door. There’s poop everywhere and parking is a TRUE NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY!

The staff member I just spoke with was rude, unhelpful and condescending. The person said, "did you actually read our webpage". Great way to talk to someone who is half blind from injuries sustained while defending our country. I’ve complained about how loud the people who live above me are about two times and they’ve done nothing about it so far it’s been two months and nothing about the interruptions have change and it’s actually gotten worse
