Clean and reasonable apartments. no bugs… Apartments and grounds are maintained on a regular basis. parking is available, and garage space is also if you want it. There are clean, laundry, rooms and washing machines are maintained by the company that has placed them in the building… both Cash and cards are used for payment. Wi-Fi is available to make your car transactions. Management and maintenance are very cordial and friendly. also management and Maintenance are very serious about Maintenance ...

and keeping apartments in good working condition and clean that is one of the things that impressed me about Princeton Park Apts. repairs are readily addressed, And your wishes are taken seriously and addressed as well! this is a safe area in South Euclid. Stores are conveniently located and safe and commuting to them. Would like to express how happy I am to have found a clean reasonable and safe complex to live in! have experienced no break-ins. And I am very happy to be living at Princeton Park Apts.

Property Manager cuts corners and delays important maintenance requests to avoid spending money. Some requests have never be completed despite being told that they would be.

Back in 2020 we had an maintenance man who would somtimes not follow through with requests in a timely manner. He has been fired and now the owner has taken over handling these requests which you can even submit online. If the owner thinks the request can't be fulfilled, he is very honest with the tenant. People have lived here for YEARS because they feel the owner is not a negligent and actually cares about his tenants. Our excellent customer service makes us the exception among similar rental properties in the area. If you come visit us, talk to any of our tenants and you will see that they are satisfied. We are not an "absentee" landlord, but one who is trying to create a friendly well-kept environment for all who live at Princeton Park Apartments.

once you have moved in , your stuffs will never get replaced if they get damaged. instead of correcting these bad experiences the management will rather come here to wage war against speaking the truth. its left for the new tenants to experience it themselves . fortunately for the management most of them move out without actually narrating their problems on places like this. beauty on the outside is not always what it seems inside.

We are sorry you feel this way. There is a Landlord-Tenant Law which states that we are not responsible for damaged items, which is why Apartment Renters Insurance is always a good idea. We have great response to ALL maintenance and pest control issues, so our tenants rarely have the type of problem you describe. Our excellent customer service makes us the exception among similar rental properties in the area. If you come visit us, talk to any of our tenants and you will see that they are satisfied. We are not an "absentee" landlord, but one who is trying to create a friendly well-kept environment for all who live at Princeton Park Apartments. Thank you for acknowledging that we are a beautiful complex. Tenants can walk across the street to a community ballpark and covered picnic area. South Euclid is a wonderful place to live.

Horrible horrible customer service! Refuses to give receipts for deposit and application fees. No structure or organization within the family owned property. I was in contact with three different people whom neither were of any help. Could not answer basic questions like weather they exterminate before move in? Common areas as well as apartments were nasty!

This prospective tenant has sour grapes because we refused to give her a suite. We gave her the full security deposit back with no problem. We ALWAYS give a receipt when necessary. Hers was a money order which comes with a receipt, so it was odd she wanted a second one. We have a monthly service contract with General Pest Control at all our buildings. Plus we take care of any and all extermination problems a tenant might have, so we never have any pest control problems. Please don't take this disgruntled woman seriously! She never lived here.

I went from 3 bedroom house to 2 bedroom apartment. Not working all the time sometimes makes it hard but, with Gods grace and mercy we will make it. So far things are going good at our new home. It's clean and quiet and that's a blessing.
