October 5, 2023Pay attention to the 1 star reviews because they are all 100% true. I’ve been here since the apartments were first built about 2/3 years ago. There’s been several shootings outside my window. In March 2022 my car was broken into. In December 2022 my car was broken into AND stolen. So I had to get a whole new car. What does the office say? “ oh sorry, we don’t have security or security cameras to watch the property, but there’s an on site officer”. I’ve never seen an on-site officer. You don’t ...have cameras to look at who comes in and out after having multiple crime related reports, but you WILL in fact install cameras at the trash can to “catch people irresponsibly disposing trash” and at the pool to see “who is bringing glass into the area”. Maintenance is a joke. Yep, staff has been changed a million times. What’s most annoying about that is that every time there’s a new buy out- there’s a new resident system. I’ve NEVER seen any property make it so painful to pay them ?. I feel sorry for the people who want to raise children in this neighborhood because it’s not safe. Then, you have to pay about $35 / month for trash. The poor trash company has such a bad turnover rate, half the time the trash isn’t going to get picked up. You have amenities- but you can’t use them. Computers/printers always have issues in the business center. The pool is a joke. Other than that, the geographic location is great and the apartments are kinda nice. You can obviously tell they were thrown together but.Property Manager Responded
