Very welcoming staff upon arrival. Everyone is very attentive when there are issues and fun activities for the people who live here! I would definitely recommend to my friends to live here!

Cabinets break constantly, there's some guy stomping 24/7 above me, gnats keep coming out of nowhere (even though my place is very clean), the 2 lights in the kitchen are both too bright and dim, my showerhead sucks cause it comes out like one of those weak water hose attachment gun things, my fridge freezer is loud and the stairs coming up are too thin. But all of these negatives don't outweigh the single positive of having a generally quiet, peaceful alone area where it's safe. I like it ...

It's OKAY. nice apartments for the most part but do need some fixing. Too many bugs/lizards in downstairs apartments.. College lock out fee too excessive.

My apartment community is quiet and chill for the most part. There has been no issues so far, so I like it! I enjoy the little events that are planned, even if it’s just coming to get a muffin. I try to make it when I can.

The community is nice, quiet, and gated, but the apartment complexes could use some work, ESPECIALLY with the pest control. There are often ants coming in through cracks in the door.

Nice so far! Love the events hosted in the clubhouse. The only thing I would say to change is the amount of pet hair when moving in I had clean was horrible.

Its quiet, have access to a pool and close to the lake. The staff is cool as well, I would recommend it to future residents that is in college

It’s a pretty good place. The RAs host lots of event that are a wide variety of activities to cater to multiple types of people. The pool is nice and it’s conveniently by the lake which is nice
