April 9, 2026Only suggestion is in unit washer and dryer, at least for studio units. I would also suggest to hire exterminators for the bugs. The bugs are my biggest issue here.Property Manager Responded

April 7, 2026I appreciate this apartment building. I like living here because it's close to friends and gives me more freedom than being on campus. I’m able to cook in a full kitchen and have friends over because I have a full living room area. Plus, my roommate is one of my friends, so we can always have mutual friends over. I prefer my full-size bed instead of a twin XL because I can fully stretch out when I sleep. My closet space is also bigger than when I used to live on campus, so overall, it’s great ...living here on my own.Property Manager Responded

March 25, 2026Living in residence has been a meaningful part of my college experience. It has made it easier for me to stay connected to campus life and be close to my classes, study spaces, and campus events. I’ve had the opportunity to meet new people and build friendships with students who live nearby, which helped me feel more involved in the community. Residence living also taught me responsibility and how to balance my personal space with living around others. At times, it can be challenging dealing with ...noise, limited privacy, or adjusting to different lifestyles, but those experiences have helped me develop patience and communication skills. October 15, 2025Cabinets break constantly, there's some guy stomping 24/7 above me, gnats keep coming out of nowhere (even though my place is very clean), the 2 lights in the kitchen are both too bright and dim, my showerhead sucks cause it comes out like one of those weak water hose attachment gun things, my fridge freezer is loud and the stairs coming up are too thin. But all of these negatives don't outweigh the single positive of having a generally quiet, peaceful alone area where it's safe. I like it ...here.Property Manager Responded
