Only suggestion is in unit washer and dryer, at least for studio units. I would also suggest to hire exterminators for the bugs. The bugs are my biggest issue here.

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We understand how important conveniences like in-unit washers and dryers can be, especially in studio units. We’re also very sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with bugs. Pest concerns can be extremely frustrating, and we understand how much they can impact daily comfort. If you need to be added to our weekly pest control service that is provided, feel free to let us know at info@privateerplaceuno.com We appreciate you taking the time to provide honest feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve the resident experience.

I appreciate this apartment building. I like living here because it's close to friends and gives me more freedom than being on campus. I’m able to cook in a full kitchen and have friends over because I have a full living room area. Plus, my roommate is one of my friends, so we can always have mutual friends over. I prefer my full-size bed instead of a twin XL because I can fully stretch out when I sleep. My closet space is also bigger than when I used to live on campus, so overall, it’s great ...
    living here on my own.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so happy to hear that you’ve been enjoying the comfort, space, and independence that our community provides. It’s great to know that features like the full kitchen, living room area, larger closet space, and full-size bed have made your living experience more enjoyable compared to campus housing. We also love hearing that the location and roommate experience have helped create a fun and welcoming environment for you and your friends. Our goal is to provide residents with a place that truly feels like home, and we’re glad to know your apartment has offered that balance of comfort, convenience, and freedom. We appreciate you being part of our community and thank you again for your thoughtful feedback!

Living in residence has been a meaningful part of my college experience. It has made it easier for me to stay connected to campus life and be close to my classes, study spaces, and campus events. I’ve had the opportunity to meet new people and build friendships with students who live nearby, which helped me feel more involved in the community. Residence living also taught me responsibility and how to balance my personal space with living around others. At times, it can be challenging dealing with ...
noise, limited privacy, or adjusting to different lifestyles, but those experiences have helped me develop patience and communication skills. Overall, living in residence has helped me grow more independent while also allowing me to create memories and connections that have made my college experience more enjoyable and rewarding.

It’s great for college students. It has a lot of community and events for people to do. The amenities are nice. Only part is you have to pay for laundry.

So far everything has been good. I just feel like we pay $80 for Wi-Fi that doesn’t hardly ever works. During the day Ia very quiet though I say night time not a good time to study if you are by the basketball court

Cabinets break constantly, there's some guy stomping 24/7 above me, gnats keep coming out of nowhere (even though my place is very clean), the 2 lights in the kitchen are both too bright and dim, my showerhead sucks cause it comes out like one of those weak water hose attachment gun things, my fridge freezer is loud and the stairs coming up are too thin. But all of these negatives don't outweigh the single positive of having a generally quiet, peaceful alone area where it's safe. I like it ...
    here.
