June 21, 2025The reason there WAS roaches is because people are dirty. Plain and simple. But that issue has been solved. I honestly have no issues (been here almost 10 years). Well If I had one comment would be to update the hallway carpet and paint.. The grounds crew are great. The ladies in the office are top tier always helpful, kind, courteous. If you have questions they have the answers, and if they don’t best believe management are always there to answer. So if your thinking about moving there let em ...know Sergio sent ya.. Doubts about the complex
January 2, 2019We've been living in the complex for about 2 months now, it's a nice place for us who are empty nesters now. The only downside to this place is that, occupants on our floor continue to close all doors leading from one hall to another. The smell from everyone's cooking is overwhelming, and when you walk outside your door, it's not a pleasant smell. There is also another downfall to living here. The very first time I stepped outside onto our porch, I got wet because, my upstairs neighbor was ...watering her plants, I looked up I noticed the porch had cracks between the boards it's a poorly designed porch. If, I were to consider staying here after my lease is up. There would have to be some hard consideration. And, did I mention that all the laundry rooms are in need of a makeover. I never wash my clothes here it's a good thing we insisted on a washer and dryer in our apartment. One more thing we are big on recycling but, we are limited to recycling and outside our building. I notice that goes for every building around here really!!!! I do admit that when we call for maintenance they usually come that same day.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

My New Home
January 26, 2018I moved in a year ago and my renewal is coming up and I am staying here! This is home to me. I have I-355 and 55 within minutes of my apartment. And the Promenade Shopping Mall is right next door. I would recommend the Promenade Apartments to anyone. Office staff is very friendly, treats you like family and go out of their way to help. I always see maintenance working hard to keep up the building and always working with a smile.
