Big and Spacious with new carpet in the bedrooms

I do not recommend living here
December 5, 2023Very poor management. My stove and oven was broken for my entire lease, they sent people to fix it multiple times and it was never properly fixed, pool is disgustung and green half of the year, i had roaches in my apartment during the summer, they sent pest control only if i would call them about it each week, even though i expressed a lot of concern and requested to have routine pest control, they refused and told me i must call every week to request it. I ended up having to fumigate the unit ...myself. The laundromat is dirty, one washer was full of standing water and mosquito larvae for 2-3 months. The paycard machine is often broken so you can only add money from 9am-5pm in the leasing office. Over all just a bad experience, they nickle and dime you every chance they get and the place is falling apart.Property Manager Responded

I miss this place every day.
July 27, 2022I lived here from 2020-2021. Had to move for work, but I miss this place every day. Clean, affordable, friendly staff. It has everything you need plus an AMAZING location. The gas station, hospital, mall, Publix, parks... All walking distance. If I ever move back to Altamonte Springs, 10/10 this is my first option to move back.
