If I could give this complex a 0/5 I would. Why are we still living here? Great question. We don’t want to put need then to compensate us for consistently not meeting basic expectations as outlined on the lease agreement. Anyone thinking about living here, I would recommend googling reviews for Goldrich Kest management (they ...manage the complex; “promenade towers” in the landlord per the lease agreement apparently). and then search the apartment complex on the department of public health’s website.
