March 19, 2025Management doesn’t communicate, they don’t repair anything in a timely manner whatsoever and they have refused to conduct pest control consistently within our apartment. If I could give this complex a 0/5 I would. Why are we still living here? Great question. We don’t want to put need then to compensate us for consistently not meeting basic expectations as outlined on the lease agreement. Anyone thinking about living here, I would recommend googling reviews for Goldrich Kest management (they ...manage the complex; “promenade towers” in the landlord per the lease agreement apparently). and then search the apartment complex on the department of public health’s website. March 18, 2025I’ve lived on this property since 2020 and while ultimately, I’ve had a great experience, recently, I’ve noticed a decline in service. Lobby attendants have returned my packages to sender after 3 days (weekend), maintenance workers not following through with repair requests but marking complete on our portal and an increase in last minute water shutoffs and decreasing amenities (we now no longer have access to the community room).Property Manager Responded
