Promenade towers residence has some very rude people, including some of the security, hopefully in the future this can be rectified as this won't be very lucrative for the longevity of said residence!

There’s always something breaking down. Going on second day with no hot water and almost every day sounds like there’s construction going on above us

Good experience living here. Have been living here for 2 years now. The pool is good and the jacuzzi is amazing. Very aesthetic location for the fitness centre as well. Very well maintained.

Management doesn’t communicate, they don’t repair anything in a timely manner whatsoever and they have refused to conduct pest control consistently within our apartment. If I could give this complex a 0/5 I would. Why are we still living here? Great question. We don’t want to put need then to compensate us for consistently not meeting basic expectations as outlined on the lease agreement. Anyone thinking about living here, I would recommend googling reviews for Goldrich Kest management (they ...
manage the complex; “promenade towers” in the landlord per the lease agreement apparently). and then search the apartment complex on the department of public health’s website. Those will show all you need to know.

I’ve lived on this property since 2020 and while ultimately, I’ve had a great experience, recently, I’ve noticed a decline in service.
Lobby attendants have returned my packages to sender after 3 days (weekend), maintenance workers not following through with repair requests but marking complete on our portal and an increase in last minute water shutoffs and decreasing amenities (we now no longer have access to the community room).
