I lived here for two years when my husband and I chose to move closer to work. Otherwise, we wouldn't have left! I've experienced 4 other apartment complexes in the last 12 years, and this one is my favorite by far. My friend had recommended their complex and when we mentioned their names, the office staff immediately knew who we were talking about which I thought was sweet that they take the time to remember their tenants considering it's a bigger complex! Being able to have my ESA pet was ...
important for me and they were extremely accommodating despite the no pet policy. The apartment itself was very clean and well kept, so we had no complaints upon move in. The views overlooking San Ramon were amazing. Bonus points if you have a corner unit with an extra window! Work orders were completed within a timely manner no matter how low the priority was. After moving out, we did a *very* quick surface clean and were pleased that we were not charged an arm and a leg for move out costs and even received a portion of our deposit back.

We absolutely loved living here. The two ladies in the office are always SO helpful and ready to help you with anything you need and the maintenance guys are also very helpful and fix things quickly! We brought our 3 month old little guy here and as he got older he loved playing at the park they have for kids! This apartment community is very family oriented and there are always kids out playing or families on walks around the apartment loop after dinner. So happy with the time we spent here and ...

I was referred to Promontory View by a office colleague and am glad to say that I could not have found a better accommodation in San Ramon. I have been living here for close to 1 year now and have already requested to extend my lease by another 12 months. The place is nice and safe for families. The staff if very friendly and they are very prompt with any maintenance related work if needed for the apartment. I have been recommending my colleagues and friends to stay at Promontory View.

We've been renting from Promontory View for 3 years. The location is nice, easy to access the highway and Downtown Danville. The leasing agents and maintenance crew are very nice and helpful. It's also nice to have the pool/workout facility. However, there are also downsides...our appliances are definitely on the older side, and the outer gate could be more secure. Also there has been significant dust and noise from the Faria Preserve construction project next door - which is a bummer ...
because it ruins some of the views. Luckily it seems to have slowed in recent weeks.
