March 9, 2026I moved in a few weeks ago and so far, it’s been positive. The property is clean and quiet. I arrived day one to a beautiful and clean space. Everyone I have encountered as far as employees are concerned have been so kind. I love the appliances and the look and layout of my apartment. I think the pricing is very fair for what you are getting. The amenities are nice. I also appreciate they have different community events and opportunities to get familiar with local businesses. My only ...complaint so far would be getting a response to an email can be a multi step effort. I prefer to send an email and have confidence someone will get back to me. Thus far, if I have any issues, I either need to email multiple times, call or go down to the office. With work, the latter options aren’t always an option. I certainly appreciate how busy everyone is but I think in any professional dynamic, one should be able to expect a response within a few business days at most. Other than that, things have been spectacular. There are some things that have come up that will require some attention throughout the apartment but nothing that should deter someone (unless these items aren’t fixed). However, the maintenance team is awesome so far and I have full confidence in them. I recommend you take a look if you’re interested. It’s a great location with close proximity to the airport. Again, staff is very nice as is the property and apartments. I can see myself really loving it here and calling this home for a while.Property Manager Responded

No issues with other residents either! Staff are friendly and amenities stay clean and well kept. Great Place to live

I chose these apartments because out of the many I looked at these seem to be on point with a few things I find important with my place of dwelling 1. Being upkeep of the community 2. How well lighting is at night. Not once during my visit did I see garbage dumpsters running over with trash. I didn’t see people walking around looking strange.
