There’s often loud music and conversations near the leasing office, where my unit is located. Additionally, a nearby train can be very noisy, with the horn blowing several times during the night. These factors are mostly due to the location and aren’t something the community can control. I leased quickly without visiting in person since I was out of state, so I didn’t fully realize how active and noisy the area would ...be. To top it off the hassle of moving is not something I want to go through again. All my work orders have been completed in a timely manner and not to discredit anyone else but I’ve always dealt with Charles when I have other issues or questions that need answers. So I was surprised how easy and friendly the process was to rent here at Prose. The staff at the leasing office are very kind and awesome! Maintenance response time is fast, and they do a great job of having annual maintenance check-ups. And also considering the location, I thought it would be a very noisy community since there are breweries and bars nearby. But no, I find it pretty peaceful here. So far I haven’t had issues, any maintenance requests were answered and fixed within a day. Missed calls were returned. So far I am glad that I chose this stay.

Cars get broken into on the regular. Prepare to be locked out.locked out the gate and locked out of your apartment because “things happen.” The basic necessities seem optional here but they do want the rent on time and will continue to get reminders and threats no matter if you’ve paid or not.
