November 27, 2025As a third year renewal resident the location, the price and the amenities are main reason I stay. To top it off the hassle of moving is not something I want to go through again. All my work orders have been completed in a timely manner and not to discredit anyone else but I’ve always dealt with Charles when I have other issues or questions that need answers. The staff at the leasing office are very kind and awesome! Maintenance response time is fast, and they do a great job of having annual maintenance check-ups. January 15, 2025I love my apartment and have not had any issues here. I thought I would be bothered by the train as the tracks are nearby but I am no. And also considering the location, I thought it would be a very noisy community since there are breweries and bars nearby. But no, I find it pretty peaceful here. November 13, 2023It’s been about a week that I’ve moved into the complex. Front office staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. I know it’s tempting but don’t do it
May 5, 2023It’s very loud with the train and thin walls and floors. Management is useless. Safety is their least concern and resident satisfaction of equal to no concern. Cars get broken into on the regular. Prepare to be locked out.locked out the gate and locked out of your apartment because “things happen.” The basic necessities seem optional here but they do want the rent on time and will continue to get reminders and threats no matter if you’ve paid or not. January 25, 2023Headed to work this morning. Got down to my car and my window was busted out. Everything taken out.I was parked right in front of the leasing office near the residence walk in entrance. Went to the office after getting my car fixed to see if they have any cameras that possibly could’ve caught something. No cameras, of course. The lady in the office told me that they had known my car was broken into the day before and the manager was supposed to call me. No one ever called. The lady then blamed me ...for parking in front of the residence access gate, again, right in front of the leasing office. I posted on the community board to let other residents know not to park there overnight because my car was broken into and there are no cameras. Found out that the office has to approve any messages posted on there and of course they rejected because the lady I spoke to denied it. THEN she called me and blamed me for not putting my car information on the application. I checked the application and the lease, of course nowhere on there does it ask for vehicle information. Somehow they have my partner’s vehicle information on file but they don’t have mine, even though we did all of our stuff together, got the keys and gate fobs together and I had to sign for a vehicle key fob to access the gate.
