February 26, 2026I recently moved into this apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The apartment is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how bright and welcoming the space feels. The layout is practical and comfortable, with plenty of natural light coming through the windows. The building itself is quiet and feels safe. Common areas are clean and well cared for. The management team has been responsive and professional, making the whole move-in process ...smooth and easy. Overall, this apartment truly feels like home already. December 8, 2025I’m delighted that things are definitely getting better. Management is more attentive and responsive; leasing staff has been more available and friendly; Janitorial services have put more attention on keeping the hallways fresh and clean; Maintenance is stellar!; and as soon as the parking and mailroom audits have been completed it should make for a more pleasant and convenient living experience here at The Prose, Kent.Review from Apartments.com

November 30, 2025Apartment design is very modern and clean. Noise levels are little to none. I adore the fact that there are community events every month. Best part of my day is seeing all the doggies go in and out of the building and cats sitting on the window. However I do have an issue with the limited parking situation. There isnt any designated space for guests to park and even i have trouble finding street parking for my second car. I fear if i leave i wont be able to find a spot again. An parking audit ...must happen soon but there isn't any guarantee on the timing of when it will happen. The gym is very sleek and clean but its small enough that if there is another person you’ll likely end up having to wait for them to finish using a certain piece of equipment since quantity is limited.Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2025Great experience, love the monthly events and great staff With a great view on the fourth floor and higher would recommend too many. September 20, 2025Overall, my experience living here has been good, but there are a few things worth mentioning. When I first moved in, there were some issues in my apartment that needed fixing. Thankfully, maintenance was pretty quick to respond and got most of them taken care of, which I appreciated. The apartment itself is a good size for the price, and the layout works well for me. The neighborhood feels safe. The only real downside has been the guest parking situation. I pay for my own parking spot, so ...that’s not an issue, but there’s very limited street parking nearby. It usually ends up being taken by residents who don’t want to pay for a space, which makes it difficult when you have visitorsProperty Manager Responded
