Lived here for a few months now
January 3, 2025If you want to live in a building where there are minimal amenities compared to other apartment complexes, including the other Prose complex, and the staff does not care if the residents have issues, then this is the place for you. They will not reply to you and try to brush off any issues or place the blame on someone else. They’ve recently began having events for residents only to seemingly make themselves look better on camera. The “club house” has no actual table other than a few stools and ...no amenities such as a coffee machine or anything else that would encourage people to use the area. The gym is very small with only a few machines yet the windows are open and people walking by tend to stare or try to get you to let them in. While the parking garage having a gate does add a layer of security, the gate has been broken multiple times so it doesn’t really serve its purpose. Yes the apartments are beautiful inside, but you can find that in almost any complex. Not to mention some bedrooms and living rooms do not have a ceiling fan or light and when asked about this, the office staff said the wires are present in the ceiling but it’s up to the residents to add a light fixture, they only provide one per apartment.Property Manager Responded

It is conveniently placed by many popular food choices, shopping areas, and safety amenities. Everything is up to date and spacious to create your own space here in Charlotte. From amenities like 24 hour gym, pool, clubhouse, dog area, and more you have plenty to do here in the apartment and outside the apartment too! May 11, 2024When I first met Jamia, Hayes, and Ju'Rod I instantly felt nothing but good energy from them. After Jamia gave a tour I instantly fell in love with the apartment and applied same day after being approved the team was always on top of my application.
