January 3, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIf you want to live in a building where there are minimal amenities compared to other apartment complexes, including the other Prose complex, and the staff does not care if the residents have issues, then this is the place for you. They will not reply to you and try to brush off any issues or place the blame on someone else. They’ve recently began having events for residents only to seemingly make themselves look better on camera. The “club house” has no actual table other than a few stools and ...no amenities such as a coffee machine or anything else that would encourage people to use the area. The gym is very small with only a few machines yet the windows are open and people walking by tend to stare or try to get you to let them in. While the parking garage having a gate does add a layer of security, the gate has been broken multiple times so it doesn’t really serve its purpose. Yes the apartments are beautiful inside, but you can find that in almost any complex. Not to mention some bedrooms and living rooms do not have a ceiling fan or light and when asked about this, the office staff said the wires are present in the ceiling but it’s up to the residents to add a light fixture, they only provide one per apartment.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
