June 9, 2023DONT DO IT!! I have lived at these apartments for almost 2 years. My fiancé and our 2 kids.. when I say it has been the worst experience with an apartment complex i am not kidding. Cabinets under the sink falling apart and was told it wouldn’t get fixed till move out. If there is mold they don’t really care! Maintenance is always SLOW and they only do bandaid fixes to your problems. My a/c was always crapping out. And the office people really don’t assure you on the fees that can possibly mess ...you up when you are moving out I’m talking $1100 more just to move out!!! Go some where else and get better for your hard earned money!Property Manager Responded

July 13, 2022Prosper is OUTSTANDING!!! They make the move in process easy as well as living. I rarely have issues and I do they always are fixed swiftly. Also, you don’t have to worry about the same issue over and over. Overall great apartments.Property Manager Responded

Above Average Complex
