If you decide to live here definitely make sure you move on the very top floor. If not you will hear everything. The floors and walls are really thin. You hear every foot step , every sound in your neighbors apartment below and above you. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor makes, her Alexa when it comes on and when she is on the phone. The washer and dryers are old and when in usage are very very loud. I can hear when the neighbor flush the toilet and when their shower is in usage. ...

This was a great decision to move in. The process was easy and Christa was so welcoming by making us comfortable...the amenities are many and the dog accessible park and catering pet stations are incredible...the access to the restaurants shops and grocery/drugs is handy...it's huge luxurious and yet quiet....we're so looking forward to the community functions... So far it's an A++++

Providence Place Apartments is such a wonderful place to live! The location cannot be beat! There are lots of fun events that take place in the community. One of the big selling points for me was the amazing places to go walking. I love being so close to restaurants and shops! I love my apartment and the move-in process was very smooth!

I lived at Providence place for the past year and I loved living close to absolutely everything! Restaraunts, grocery store, gas station, and the interstate are all very near! You can actually walk to most of what you need, and with these gas prices, that's ALWAYS a plus! When your address is Providence Main Street, it shows that you care about where you live. The name makes a statement all on its own! My home was comfortable and beautiful. I absolutely loved the chocolate cabinets in my kitchen ...
and bathroom as well as having a walk in shower separate from my bathtub! The added large laundry in the home is definitely a major plus! The property is always well maintained! Valet trash is very convenient! Especially when you don't feel like leaving the house to put out the trash! The swimming pool and fitness center are added extras that make your stay even more enjoyable! You're always welcome to come into the office and grab treats for your dog or just to relax in the sitting area and kitchen! Let's not forget the barbecue grills on property for some good eating right at home! The staff is absolutely fantastic and amazing! They'll greet you with a welcome smile and are always ready to assist with your needs! Ashley and Christa are my special faves! They're like good friends you went to high-school with! I'd absolutely return to Providence Place Apts. The maintenance staff is top tier! They're very professional and quick to respond to your service needs! What more can you ask for in a home?! Come and be spoiled! Be pampered! Live with class and comfort at Providence Place Apts!

Beautiful but noisy

The apartments themselves are beautiful and have a lot of room. The maintenance team is quick and provides great service. My major complaint is that every floor has wooden flooring and thin ceilings. No matter how quiet the neighbors try to be, every single footstep and movement is heard from both the upstairs and downstairs neighbors. Also there are a lot of neighbors with noisy vehicles. The walls and windows are thin so we hear everything that goes on outside clearly. Lastly, the area isn't as ...

Providence Place Apartments are great! With high ceilings, walk in closets, granite countertops, laminate (looks like wood) floors, included washer and dryer and fridge, car car center, garages, storage rooms, conceriege trash pick up, gym, pool and pet friendly. These apartments are in the Village of Providence in Huntsville, AL. This is a fabulous area with several businesses within walking distance such as: cleaners, salon, restraunts, etc.
