Christmas emergency
January 15, 2025This review is late, because it involves my emergency that occurred the Saturday before Christmas. My family was at my apartment for brunch and to exchange our presents. We noticed that it was getting cold so I tried to turn the heat up and noticed that the thermostat was blank. I turned it off and on (trying to trouble shoot ) discovered that my heat was not working. of all things too happen with a house full of people and it was cold outside. I contacted the office and left a message and ...within ten minutes Jamar was there checking it out. My family couldn't believe how fast he was to respond. He said my thermostat went out, but he would be able to fix it. Not only did he fix it in record time, but we forgot that he was there since we were cooking and the stove was throwing out heat. New thermostat was installed and he checked to make sure it was working properly before he left. The only regret that I had was that I wasn't able to fix him a plate, because of my hungry family, there wasn't anything left. This is the second time since I've been here that I had a major problem and it was resolved in record time. The first time was my stove. While cooking my dinner one evening, I heard a popping sound and my stove stopped working, contacted the office and George was there in a matter of time. He said that it had to be replaced and that he could have me a new one the next day, of course I didn't believe that it would be that fast, I figured that I would be waiting all day if not longer, but to my surprise, the next morning, they were at my door with a new stove still in the box and removed the old one and installed the new one in record time. I really appreciate the staff, each and every one of them are amazing and take pride in their work, including the guy that takes care of the outside. Rain, sleet or snow I feel that they are always around . I couldn't have picked a better place to live. Thank you guys, keep up the good work. Ms. YolandaProperty Manager Responded
