Don’t do it!!
October 26, 2018This place started out as a nice place. The more time goes by and it’s almost like living in a prison! Some of the office staff are good others not so much. The garbage area is always nasty because people don’t care they throw it on the ground in front of the compactor or throw it in the recycle dumpsters. Which soon enough is going to turn into rats and other creatures! The other night we seen coyotes running in the parking lot. The next morning I go and report it to the office and Abby states ...oh yea I seen them running around a few times! As a resident that is something I would like to know especially having younger children. A notification still has not been sent to residents warning them about the coyotes. At least 3 nights out of the week I come home to cops inside the apartments. Parking is a whole other issue. They have designated guest parking that you have to register the vehicle to the apartment they are visiting with only 9 spots yes 9 in a 7 building area with 32 apartments per building! My friends car was towed without warning!! The office person Abby who does the parking if she has something against you will pin point and purposely tow your vehicle. Which comes with a $427 tow bill. There is absolutely no off street parking in the area. On top of everything else you are monitored off site by cameras everywhere on every building. So before you look at these apartments I would go elsewhere! I’m now counting down the months to get out of here! It’s not worth the hassle or the time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
