January 6, 2025We love living at quail hollow, it is a great community and maintence is very responsive. The only downside is the washer dryer situation if you do no have an in unit washer dryer. We just got "new" washers and dryers however they do not work and the leasing office is unable to do anything about it. Even after contacting the third party company they are still not fixed and it has been 3 weeks without a working washer and dryer. Unfortunately this is not the only period where we have had major ...washer dryer issues, so I highly recommend seeing if an apartment with an in unit washer dryer is available otherwise be prepared for an absolute nightmare.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2024Pretty quiet community. Maintenance is pretty good, amenities are acceptable. The biggest issue is that they LOVE to shut off the water for hours about two times a week. I’ve lived here 3 months and they’ve already shut off the water about 7 times and when it comes back on the water is muddy into the next day. It’s ridiculous.Property Manager Responded
