I have lived here for over three years. The place is very nice where I am. I think the apartments are actually very well taken care of. I see no drug deals going down where I am. And compared to San Jose, this place is Paradise. Thank you very much for the staff, they do an excellent job. The owner is very understanding and will help you in any way he can. The laundry rooms are actually well-maintained, yes sometimes the washing machines break down, but for the most part everything works. I would ...

recommend these apartments to people who aren't so uppity about where they live it's a nice place to live, and all the amenities are awesome.

Can be loud, rambunctious-drug deals maybe? Maintenance is great-pets allowed is great- Laundry rooms are a pain-dryers take forever and don't work-washers are iffy.Beautiful isolated location but drive is not bad for groceries etc-but again, can be loud, and way too many drugs-
