Very comfortble and affordable
June 15, 2017After living at Quaker Estates for almost 5 years it breaks my heart to leave. Due to a job relocation I had no other choice. Friendly neighbors reliable management. Kim was the property manager the entire time during my stay and offered her personal cell phone number if I have an emergency. I was able to have my Pepper with me (my poodle)!!!! The bath and a 1/2 was nice. Loved doing my own laundry in my own apartment. Highly recommend!!!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible
October 3, 2015Management is horrible. Snow removal is never available. Dirty and unkept. Best thing was walking distance to the Ralph. Moldy rugs and lots of bugs. Kim and Gina don't care about you. Ray emerling the car dealer owns this and doesn't care eitherReview from Apartments.com

Could be better
August 23, 2015I have lived at this complex for almost 4 years. There has been zero maintenance done. I have been snowed in, without hot water, and even dealt with horrible parking scenarios. I really feel the owners of this complex take the money and do nothing . It takes weeks of complaints to get anything done. I've been actively looking for years for a new place.... The price is ok.. Apartments are spacious But the attention to tenants could be betterReview from Apartments.com
