  • Bad Experience with Management

    November 24, 2018
    Overall the apartment was fine, nothing special. We lived there three years and they charged us for cleaning the carpets because they were worn in high traffic areas which is against WI tenant codes ?. The customer service by Brian and other tooonen staff at Quarry Park was also terrible. They didn’t communicate during the re-rental process at all, different people had different answers to our question. Prices are also pretty ridiculous. I would recommend renting elsewhere if possible.

      We are sorry you did not feel like your move out charges were fair or that you feel you did not have good communication during your move out process. We are very careful to only charge for things that are listed in our lease agreements which is written based on what is legally allowed. Our rent prices are based on the rental market at any given time.
