Help with rental
November 10, 2025I had considered taking a smaller apartment. Nephtali was so patient taking me to different apartments and after all that I decided to stay in my present apartment. I find the staff to be very helpful and maintenance is greatProperty Manager Responded

Quarry Stone At Overlook Ridge
January 25, 2025I walked in for a showing, the leasing consultant was very pleasant. When she gave me a tour of the 2 bedroom apartment , I was surprised on how spacious it was and the view was from the balcony was wonderful. I enjoyed the rest of the tour having different features like the gym , a convenient store next door,pet station, etc.Property Manager Responded

Place is filled with rodents
November 7, 2023This place is filled with Rodents. In our unit alone we caught 6 mice over a period of 5 months. If you tell this to the management, they will first laugh and then give you advice on how to keep them out. How are there mice running around on the upper floors of your Luxury Complex There were a few people in the office who used to listen and help but it looks like they fired them. If you open a service request, they close it without doing anything about it. They have an exterminator who comes ...and keeps traps. One gets caught but after a while, there are more running around. We were so glad our lease ended here and could not wait to get out. For the entire duration of our stay, we could not invite any guests home because we were worried a mouse would start running around when we had people over. It is really embarrassing. Crappy Place to Live
January 6, 2023Literally...there is dog crap EVERYWHERE! Be careful where you step even when walking on the sidewalk. What can you expect when there are no trash cans. The elevator breaks often and has a permit that is almost 2 years expired. Oh i almost forgot the best part...3 nights in a row the fire alarm went off after midnight, scaring me out of my sleep. When the fire department showed up they said it was a system issue that management is already aware of. Seriously, find another place to live.
