Parking at QUATTRO is a nightmare!!!
September 27, 2021As of 9/27/21,Unfortunately my experience has changed. Parking is an absolute nightmare at quattro. The City Lift system AKA parking lot vending machine is an absolute joke! If you have a job that requires you to arrive on time and have to commute DO NOT sign a lease at Quattro. I have been here for less than a month and have been unable to access my car at least 10 times. This weekend, NO one picked up the after hours emergency line and City Lift ignored my request to send out a technician. I ...could not be more disappointed with how things have gone in the first month! If this is what professional property management from GREYSTAR looks like I would avoid moving into any of their communities.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2020I do not recommend this place as we will likely be breaking our lease and moving soon. They just simply dont care; a leak for 3 months, a parking system that fails and causes me to miss work, lack of security leading to homeless people wandering the building and they refuse to do anything about any of this.
