November 9, 2022I went to Quilceda looking for an apartment. I was skeptical because of all the reviews I had read. The manager and assistant were very friendly. I was shown a unit and I loved it. I filled application. Hope I can call this home soon.Review from Apartments.com
Infested With Bed Bugs
November 1, 2022The entire apartment complex is infested with bed bugs and has been for years. They even drop from the ceiling in the hallways. I feel the place needs to be condemned as due to unfit living conditions.Review from Apartments.com
Pleasant & comfortable
October 13, 2017Our apartment has everything we were hoping to find & more. Quilceda has quick access to US 60 or West Bell. W/D hook-ups or you can use the onsite laundry room. We really like the French doors opening to the bedroom. It's 55 so no kids & it is income-restricted, so it is very affordable to live here. We live on the third floor but there are two elevators. Our manager is super nice & maintenance is provided promptly. You can have free directv & cable, but we didn't care for the ...disruptions with those so we got our own cable service. It's very quiet, except for the occasional street-racers at night on El Mirage Blvd. We are hoping to move downstairs to one of the 2 bedroom units on the ground floor. We had our car broken into recently, but we had left it unlocked so normally security is good. The grounds are well maintained & the other residents have been very nice. On Thursday mornings there are fresh doughnuts. We especially like the eastern exposure we have from our patio. The birds are fun to watch as they use our feeders on our small, but comfortable porch, which is shaded in the hot afternoons. The electric bill is also pretty low from what we've seen estimated at other apartments in the West valley area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
