Definitely avoid
January 15, 2026Water is off a few times a month every month since September. The built new mailboxes and have no keys we have to wait on the mail man to open the boxes. The people in the office have no answers or understanding of what’s going on. The back gate is bipolar being that they put spikes up some days and take it down others making some units drive all the way around the neighborhood for entry. This causes a serious problem with ride share and food delivery. The “ready to rent” units were not cleaned ...properly the walls are just sprayed over leaving the past owners stains and holes. Stray cats dirty walkways and some of the worst potholes on the main road of the complex which lead to most units.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 21, 2025Very disappointed of the service I’ve received. I lived here for 2 years and this apartment has multiple issues, which I’ve brought to the staff members’ attention. I did not get much help and had to live in this apartment regardless of the risks to my health.Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025They focus on outdoor band aid repairs while the insides of the actual apartments suffer. The entrance to the back half of the complex has a spike strip so its only an exit. The light at night doesn't work so a lot of new people and delivery drivers get their tires punctured. It will also cause delays in emergency services the next time there's a shooting at the pool or if someone needs any kind of help.Property Manager Responded
