June 13, 2018I need to say. I don't understand the reviews about deposits? I had a short stay. It was a pleasent one . Quite place with nice neighbors. No problems. The owner who was on property from time to time was always helpful and willing to help. Now as far as deposit. Well when I left he said it would come in the mail. And it did. So I received my deposit back. Listen people , a owner has a lot to deal with employees, tenants etc. Patience and understanding goes a long way. May 26, 2018I moved to this establishment about 5 months ago.. I must say Im quite pleased.. Any issues i had with my apartment were fixed promptly. The landlord works very hard to keep it safe, quiet, clean and respectable.. What more is needed :-)Review from Apartments.com

April 12, 2018Lived there for over 3 years.Owner is not a nice person.5 or 6 different managers.He never returns deposit Nothing gets repaired.Has many law suits against him.Do yourself a favor find a better place on apartments. Com..there out there.Review from Apartments.com

April 4, 2018I recently just moved from this complex after living there for almost 4 years.... In the 4 years I have seen 5 different managers for the property come and go... constant repairs not being fixed with in a proper time frame and the owner DOES NOT RETURN deposits.... also he has many lawsuits filed against him for not doing so...
