Maintenance Issues Will Be A Nightmare

The property management for this building was recently taken over by Nest DC which is an absolute nightmare. We've had multiple maintenance issues that either took months to resolve or were never address. We've had issues ranging form a broken washer/dryer that took 6 weeks to resolve, a rodent/insect problem that has still never been addressed and broken hot water systems. The maintenance team at nest, instead of communicating and providing updates has routinely ghosted us. Do yourself a favor, ...

save the headache and rent somewhere else.
