PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! My car has been broken into 4 times in 3 months!! I spent $900 in repairs after the complex refused to cover my deductibles. And recently a pipe burst in my wall leaking down the wall to my carpet. My room smells like mold, and it’s been days. The maintenance person didn’t even have all the tools. I’ve lived here for 3 years and now and the property sold at the beginning of this year and now they have no idea what they are doing. They lost me lease renewal 7 times and harassed me to give them the information. After the new lease they tried to double charge me rent for the old and new lease two months in a row and now there is a hole in my ceiling from a leaking water pipe. The leak happened in early march and they still have not fixed it and when I contact them they just say sorry. Talked ...

I'm not sure why the main page says 5 stars/excellent. If you look at the reviews you can see mostly 1's, which are well deserved.
This place has no idea what customer service means, or how to keep records. STAY CLEAR!
I lived here for two years. The management is terrible and the grounds are usually a mess. The pools and gyms are poorly maintained.
The management is the worst - 1) I called ahead to schedule an appointment to see a unit because I was coming from out of town. When I got there ...
they didn't have a record of my appointment and weren't going to show me an apartment. When I insisted I couldn't come back, they finally did. 2) Unfortunately, even after my initial impression that it wasn't well managed, I had to move to Reflections because they were the only place that had a unit available the weekend I needed to move. Now I know why!
I made an appointment to sign the lease, which they required I do in person. After traveling nearly 3 hrs just to give them my deposit and sign the lease, the staff told me they didn't know I had an appointment (again!) and that they had no units available. I wasn't budging at this point, trying to figure out who was lying and if they had any apartments available. They finally figured it out.
Needless to say, I called about four times before my move-in date to make sure that when I showed up with a truck I had a place to move into.
The only thing good was the maintenance crew, who always did what they could to fix problems. However, the management gives them limited tools to work with so they are always scrambling to find parts and figure out how to repair things that are broken since they are not supported by the owners or management. I felt sorry for them.

If you want to live here and you have kids, do not choose to live upstairs (YOUR NEIGHBORS DOWN STAIRS DO NOT WHAT TO HEAR YOUR KIDS), if you have heavy feet (footsteps) DO NOT live upstairs. If you like to play your music/tv loud, GO FIND A HOUSE FOR RENT! I am very disappointed with how my living ...
situation has been the past 3 months. It’s been horrible... I live downstairs and my neighbors upstairs have absolutely NO RESPECT towards me and my daughter. I called 3 times to address this situation with the office and pretty much I have to deal with this chaos going on upstairs. I work from home and while I work, I like my peace and quiet, but instead, I have to hear kids running, music being played loud, and footsteps all day long. Not only that, the loud noises interrupts my daughter’s nap. If you have a baby or toddlers that take naps, do not count on living here cause nap time won’t be peaceful for little ones. Seriously, if you would like to hear everything your neighbors are doing, then this is the place for you. The disappointing thing is I really love my apartment, such as the setup etc. but the disrespect I am dealing with is NOT OK. I pay an arm and a leg to live here and I was told there is nothing that can be done to tell the people upstairs to be QUIET. Again, I have to suck it up and deal with it... sadly. While the people upstairs can enjoy their stay here. Make sure to find an apartment Complex where their noise complaint policy is your neighbors will get evicted out if too many complaints are being made. Here, they are just going to tell you “Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.” because they can careless about you. VERY disappointed...

Roaches! The roaches here are so bad. The neighbors have no respect at all, loud noises at late hours from banging in their unit to sitting outside blasting music from their car. I HATE IT HERE. Worst decision signing a lease. Save yourself the trouble and dont do it!

I then was contacted by Jessica a few dates later stating she couldn't get a hold of my previous place of employment but was able to get everything else cleared. I provided her with a direct number to a personnel in HR our my job. On Sunday Gloria calls and stated they cant rent to me they have to cancel. I asked they reason, she states they only have 3 days ...

FYI I SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION ON MINDAY AND RECIEVED A CALL FROM JESSICA ON FRIDAY.NOT ONLY DID I PROVIDE MY CHECK STUBS I PROVIDED DIRECT CONTACTS I FORMATION.I also called the HR and my prior rental apartment myself. ALL STATES NO REQUEST WAS EVER RECIEVED! Leading me to believe that the application wasn't even processed though I paid a application fee. I HAD ALSO PROVIED A MONEY ORDER WHICH IS A HASSLE TO REFUND. THESE PEOPLE WASTED MY TIME, 1000 OF MY MONEY AND HAD NO REGARDS! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND SIMPLY HEARTLESS. Customer is very unprofessional, they had us waiting all night to open apartment door, and were wanting to charge us. When it was an issue with the key that did not work. The issue is consistent other friends have also gone through the same issue. During the waiting period various attempts to called and follow up on how long it would take for them to arrive and unlock the door. Our calls were being ignored they would just hang up. The staff was very rude.

mailboxes were broken ever since I moved in here, I even had my identity stolen due to their faulty unsafe mailboxes, I complained many times and so did other residents and finally the USPS ordered them to replace the mailboxes and refused to deliver our mail here. Now we have to drive several miles to the post office on Griffith and blackstone to pick up our mail. This has been going on for months now and they said no idea when will be fixed. They take advantage of my poor neighbors on social security and can’t drive so they have to take a taxi or Uber to go pick up their mail and they’re on a fixed income!!! Can you believe this.

I have a one bed/bath apartment and I feel very safe in this apartment complex. I see security during the night time and the office staff is very friendly. When something goes wrong, they make sure to take care of it in a timely manner.
