Poor management and ownership

Poor management and ownership made this building one of the biggest regrets of my life moving in here Elevator never works only one elevator for moving and people our key fobs are always having issues been stock behind the gate for hours till a management comes and open it for us DO NOT RENT THIS BUILDING

Overcharged Rent & Phone App for Locks

NO KEYS - They only give you a phone app to lock and unlock your apartment and to get into the building, use elevators, and access amenities. No keys or fobs - multiple residents have been asking for keys and fobs since move in and they continue to say they are "working on it". OVERCHARGING RENT - They also overcharged rent for all tenants in June 2026 and promised to have the refunds processed in 2-3 business days. 5 business days later it has been radio silence and no refunds have been ...
issued. PARKING - Very limited parking spaces, and the spaces that are available are so tiny you will be squeezing out of your car trying not to ding your neighbours door. These unfortunate mistakes take away from what is generally a very nice building and location.
