Love living here

I moved in 2 months ago and it has been great living here. I love my large living room and closets. My kids enjoy the playground and can not wait till summer so they can go swimming. The maintenance man is great I put in a work order and he was there that day to make repairs. He did a great job and was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend anyone to move here.

Cockroach Infestation
October 17, 2016
The roaches are all over the rooms; living room, bath room, bed rooms and kitchen area. Management never does anything significant about them. The batteries of the smoke sensors are old but they never replace them even when you report. Poor customer service, poor communication! The worst apartment complex I have ever rented! Wish I could give 0 star.

If I could give it 0 stars I would This is by far the worst set of Apts in all of lubbock it's barely a yr old and is infested with roaches that the property never seem to get rid of the carpet in them are so cheap you may as well be walking sitting laying on concrete not to mention its coming a loose from the panel the foundation is sinking the water doesn't have any pressure let alone stays hot only one person can bathe per every two hours all the appliances are cheap the ice maker works when ...
it wants the freezer never stays closed and we won't even talk about the plumbing and central air and heat in the summer time you have an invasion of little black bugs that walk right under your front door ONLY GOOD THING THERE IS THE MAINTENANCE MAN AND HE CAN'T REBUILD THOSE APTS HE CAN ONLY TRY AND FIX WHAT IS WRONG SERIOUSLY THOSE APTS NEED TO BE BULLDOZED AND REBUILT BY BETTER CONTRACTORS THAT AREN'T CHEAP P.S. GET IT TOGETHER AND STOP CHARING YOUR TENANTS FOR THE MESS THAT WAS THROWN UP TO SUPPOSEDLY BE A LUXURY APT HOME

The Reserves at South Plains is as good as it gets when it comes to apartment living in Lubbock, Texas. I am very glad to have chosen this place as my new home. With amenities like fountain pool, playground for kids, computer room, and gym, topped off with a friendly and caring staff, living here is made most pleasant. I especially appreciate the promptness and skill of the maintenance man, Roy. Whenever you need a repair he is there for you. Much better than my last place in Levelland, no ...
complaints. Very bright rooms due to large windows, great neighbors, washer and dryer. And all the appliances are new down to the toilots because the apartments were built in 2014! The Reserves is a wonderful place to call home!
