September 26, 2015Our apartment is not only the best looking one in the neighborhood but it is also the safest with cameras and security officers circulating 24/7. As an undergraduate student, I needed a place that had to be located in the center of Los Angeles. That being said, this apartment complex is halfway between Downtown (where I can take care of business and do some shopping) and Santa Monica (where I can relax by the beach on my days off). In addition to that, it’s only a short 10 min drive from two of ...the biggest universities in Los Angeles (UCLA and USC) and other schools which is great for students and people who enjoy learning. September 19, 2015Woodlake Manor is s great apartment for anyone looking to move to Los Angeles, CA. The unit size is very spacious, and comes with lots of storage place. The apartment is gated and has 24/7 security on site so you truly feel safe in the big city. You also get an assigned parking spot so you don't have to worry about where you are leaving your car at night. The staff is also amazing. Woodlake Manor nice place.
September 3, 2015I have lived in this complex for almost a decade, and for the most part it has been a very nice place to live. The complex is gated with security that does some paroling. They keep the grounds very clean and neighbors keep to themselves. I have seen all 3 apartment types offered and they are all nice looking and very reasonably priced for Los Angeles. With that said they need more/better washing machines, and they could do with getting to your request for maintenance in a more timely manor. September 3, 2015I felt at home when I first met the leasing manager for Woodlake Manor. The staff are very nice, the maintenance is performed in a timely manner and the community is great. They just recently threw a resident appreciation party that was off the chain. Great food, a bouncy house for kids, a DJ - and it was a great event to connect with other residents in the apartment complex. I've lived in Los Angeles for 5 years now and have lived in three different places. Woodlake Manor is by far my most ...favorite.
