September 2, 2025Do NOT move here unless you’re fine with living with roaches, getting bit my mosquitos every time you walk to your car, mold + mildew, overpriced and outdated spaces, 1 maintenance person, new leasing company every 3 months, crazy drivers, nosey neighbors, gun shots, and so much more mess… if you’re fine with all of that then this place is perfect for you! Be mindful you live right by the ABC store and Stats which is a club that’s popular Wed-Sun and so many drunk drivers are around. You can’t ...reach the gazebo because it’s locked. The playground is held together by 2 strings. The only good thing about this place is the trail in the back of the neighborhood if you’re not afraid of snakes. I am so excited for my lease to end I am sick of this place. I should’ve listened to the first girl so hopefully you listen to me. DO NOT MOVE HERE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 20, 2025This complex is suffering due to vacant units that are outdated and patch together to make it look presentable when attempting to rent so I guess this is the reason for the ridiculous fees you allegedly accrue when moving out ……You are required to pay for spotty wifi services included in your rent so there is no choice there and No Opting Out!Review from Apartments.com

May 18, 2025While I enjoy the size of the apartment, there are chinks showing up in the armor. Just recently Radbourne Lake covered all fireplaces, taking a major renting point away from the residents, citing "fire department requirement" which is not true. Severe lack of noise ordinance enforcement. Still good maintenance responses though, and grounds are nicely kept.Review from Apartments.com

May 2, 2025You didn't let me view the house i was to get and i chose based on show house. The apartment I got has a different set up which I wouldn't have chose if I viewed.
