Poorly constructed
January 27, 2021I've lived at radius (in building 620) for close to a year, and the ceiling shakes with even normal walking from the people who live above us. Everything is constantly breaking -- our door to the balcony doesn't close property, shower head malfunctioning, shelves in the kitchen literally fell down causing our cups to break. The management changes every couple of months, no one is available to follow up your complaints. It's billed as a luxury building but is not constructed like one.
