Great Experience
May 23, 2023Radius West is a comfortable place to live. The gym is solid, pool area is always clean and amazing with the lights at night. If only they were both accessible for 24 hours. A big con for me is the pricing is a bit high and the new management with your rent being a few days late is the fees they add on with the new management team. With the dog park as well it is too small for this complex, a lot of pet owners are in these apartments. Overall a nice apartment but too pricey.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
February 7, 2022New mgmt raised my 12 month lease rent by $150 which equates to a 11.4% increase! I've never heard of an increase this high! Old staff left (which was bad too)because New owner's wanted to decrease their pay! Corridor's are disgusting! Residents don't pick up their dog's poop. Windows are horrible for soundproofing!!! Not a walk friendly community. INFESTED with what the exterminator called ghost ants, which go away for about a month after “I” spray the apt literally from top to bottom and then ...“I” have to spay again. I only recommend Radius West to my ex-husband!Property Manager Responded
