Great Experience

Radius West is a comfortable place to live. The gym is solid, pool area is always clean and amazing with the lights at night. If only they were both accessible for 24 hours. A big con for me is the pricing is a bit high and the new management with your rent being a few days late is the fees they add on with the new management team. With the dog park as well it is too small for this complex, a lot of pet owners are in these apartments. Overall a nice apartment but too pricey.

Don’t recommend.

Don’t recommend. I can tell just by having a brief conversation over the phone that they’re very unprofessional. They do not seem as if they want anyone to move here. It seems as if no one here knows what they’re doing.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
February 7, 2022
New mgmt raised my 12 month lease rent by $150 which equates to a 11.4% increase! I've never heard of an increase this high! Old staff left (which was bad too)because New owner's wanted to decrease their pay! Corridor's are disgusting! Residents don't pick up their dog's poop. Windows are horrible for soundproofing!!! Not a walk friendly community. INFESTED with what the exterminator called ghost ants, which go away for about a month after “I” spray the apt literally from top to bottom and then ...
“I” have to spay again. I only recommend Radius West to my ex-husband!
