#1 place to live in Downtown Cincinnati

I’m a current resident that did lots of shopping around in the downtown Cincinnati area, and by far I made the best decision by choosing the radius to live at. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and the apartment is kept up with very well.

I love this apartment complex! It’s right by the river so it’s great for walking. The pool and amenities are so nice and it’s got great views. The staff are all so lovely, highly recommend!

Great Downtown Location

I've lived in a 2BD/2BA at Radius since 2022. The units are modern with large kitchen islands, walk-in showers, laminate wood flooring with carpet in the bedrooms; in-unit washer/dryers; and dark brown cabinetry; building amenities are fantastic - pool, fitness center, grills, dry cleaning, private parking. Maintenance requests are responded to immediately. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Amazing experience!

I have had such a lovely experience with the amenities and staff at Radius. It’s a prime location and perfect place to start the post-grad life. The staff does a wonderful job planning community events and making residents aware of local events. Service requests have always been handled very timely. Couldn’t recommend more!

My wife and I have lived here since 2021, and we just keep renewing! The location is amazing for walking to sporting events, great restaurants, and concerts. The staff is super friendly, neighbors are helpful, and the property is super nice.

The staff at the Radius are always friendly and helpful. I don’t use maintenance often but when I did they were very responsive and complete. The amenities at The Radius are wonderful, I was able to complete my physical therapy at the gym for my knee replacement making it so convenient and helping my recovery. I haven’t used the pool area but my unit faces the pool and see that the area is used by many and always kept tidy. The Radius is convenient for activities with the proximity close to The ...

I love living at the Radius!! I lived there for two years in a two-bedroom and loved it. My roommate and I had no complaints, great maintenance team and staff! I enjoyed living here so much I have just come back for a third year in a 1 bedrooom! A lot of events happen in the area and there is great communication and security measures on event days! There’s a community facebook group and everyone is helpful with guest parking and selling furniture to other tentents. Also nice to have both a ...
